Baclofen (Lioresal)

Baclofen Dosage

The dose of Baclofen will be different for different patients, usually 5 mg three times a day (starting dose for adults). Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
Take Baclofen (LioresaL) with or without food. Swallow it with a drink of water.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose of Baclofen and go back to your regular dosing schedule.

Do not take 2 doses of Baclofen at once.

Check with doctor before you start, stop, or change the dose of Baclofen.

Baclofen Overdose

Contact your local poison control center, or emergency room immediately.
Overdose symptoms may include muscle weakness, blurred or double vision, coma, drowsiness, weak or shallow breathing,
vomiting.

Baclofen Side Effects

  • allergic reactions like: difficulty breathing, skin rash, itching or
    hives, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
  • confusion,
  • dizziness,
  • drowsiness,
  • fatigue,
  • headache,
  • some nausea,
  • increased urination,
